Board of Directors

Appointed to the Board on 31st March 2015 and Chairman from 1st April 2015. He serves as Chairman of several subsidiaries of The Colombo Fort Land & Building PLC and is Deputy Chairman of The Colombo Fort Land & Building PLC and Lankem Ceylon PLC. He is also Managing Director of E.B. Creasy & Company PLC, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK).

Appointed to the Board on 31st March 2015. He is Deputy Managing Director of E.B. Creasy & Company PLC, with other directorships in The Colombo Fort Land & Building Group. He holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Boston College, USA, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Brings extensive experience in marketing fast-moving consumer goods and has developed key brands in the E.B. Creasy Group into market leaders. He holds other directorships within The Colombo Fort Land & Building Group.

Appointed to the Board on 31st March 2015. He serves on the Board of E.B. Creasy & Company PLC and several subsidiaries. A B.Sc. graduate of the University of Colombo, he holds an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
